Born of ashes would probably be best described as a "Casual Raiding Guild". We all have jobs/school/other commitments, so we can't devote all our time to being hard-core raiders. That being said, when we do raid (currently 2 10 man groups 2 nights a week, and 3 25 man nights), we strive to play at the peak of our ability, and progress like the awesome awesome raiders we are.
It took us only one week to go from starting Karazhan to having it on farm status, and we beat the snot out of Gruul's our second night in and are working our way through SSC and TK (Lurker, hydross, and Lootreaver down). We are now looking to pad our numbers in a few key places to ensure full guild runs every time. Applicants of any class will be considered, but we mostly need the following:
